Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mini Rascals, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing accurate sizing information and a customer-friendly exchange policy. We understand that online shopping can be challenging, which is why we offer hassle-free exchanges. If the size you need is out of stock, we’ll issue a credit note in the form of a checkout code, valid for six months.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Refunds are only provided for faulty garments (new products). We encourage you to choose carefully, and if you have any questions about sizing, don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@minirascals.com.au.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, free from stains or marks, and with swing tags attached.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Important:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or promotional items.
  • For faulty items or exchanges, returns must be made within 14 days.

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with returns. Mini Rascals reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. Your understanding of our policies is greatly appreciated.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at hello@minirascals.com.au with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of any faulty items
  2. After we provide the return address, please send the item(s) back within 14 days. Remember, unless the item is faulty, you will need to cover all shipping costs. Be sure to obtain tracking details.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive the item, along with a voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item.
